I added pages to my iTunesU course in course manager, but want to rearrange the order. How?
When I filled in the outline, the subsequent pages (under Overview, Instructor, and Outline) autopopulated. But, I have since changed my outline, and the changes aren't creating automatic changes in the pages, and pages that I add don't show up in the outline. Now there's a huge disconnect between the pages and the outline. I am more than happy to manually change my pages to refelct what's in the outline, but I can't figure out how to change the order in which the pages appear. For example, I split one of my original Outline topics into two, and added a page to accommodate the new topic. Even though the new topic appears early in the course sequence, its page is listed last, since I just added it. And for some reason my syllabus page shows up somewhere in the middle of the topics.
