how do i uninstall my mobile device from itunes?

im trying to prepare my phone for the new ios7 update and i keep reinstalling itunes but its not letting me use my phone because i have to reinstall it, yet i ave no idea how to do that. ive went into my account and tried managing the devices but the two phones arent on there so i need help, thanks.
