I have money in my account and want to use it to purchase a song from iTunes. It keep asking me to pay using credit card etc. Why can't I use that money? Being new in this area, I might have missed something somewhere? Thanks for any help I desperately need.

Order of iTunes billing methods
When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.

I have enough credit ($25) in my account, however, the system keeps on asking for my credit card. I want to use the credit but it won't let me. Please help.
