I bought an iPhone 5 last November. My aunt bought it in Canada and brought it to me here in India. I am experiencing problems with the screen when I use the rear camera. I see two violet spots on the screen when ever I use the rear camera . The problem is I am residing in India right now. Please guide me the process to send in the phone for service.

Hi Delgadoh.
I called Apple customer service. And apparently they dont do service in any country if it is not bought in that country. Mine was bought in Canada and so they would only service it or replace it in Canada or US. Can you suggest me a way I can send it from India to Canada or US (no courier , its too costly).
