When I launch the Launchpad, there should be two white dots at the centre bottom to represent two pages. It may be because of the gamma of the monitor, sometimes I just can't see the dots depends on which monitor I use. Currently I using command left/right arrow key to turn to next page. Is there a setting to adjust the color of the page dots?

There isn't. Maybe you just need to use a darker desktop picture or background color.
