iTunes personal vs work

How do I get my personal apps and music NOT to show up when signing into my work itunes account. Both are managed on the same computer (no other option). I know I control what actually goes on the work iPAD, but don't want my personal apps/music seen when/if work signs in to the work account. Right now when I sign in to the work account, I can see all of my personal apps/music/podcasts etc. How do I make that not happen?

You can't as long as you're working with a single iTunes library. Everything that is in iTunes will show regardless of what iTunes Store account you happen to be signing into. If you want your work and personal apps and content completely separate, you'd have to maintain separate iTunes libraries. If you have your own iOS device separate from your work iPad, having separate iTunes libraries will probably be a good idea since it simplifies synching. You create a second library, deciding which will be your "personal" library and which will be your "work" library. Then you drag the apps and other content from your current library folder to the other one as appropriate, change to the other library, and use the Add To Library command to add the items into the library. Then just authorize each library to the appropriate iTunes Store account. You'll have to remember to switch to the appropriate library when you want to make a purchase or sync a device. If you were using a Mac, there are third-party utilities that make managing multiple libraries easier, but I'm not aware of any for Windows systems.
