Q: How can change my security question email address?

I can't download anything on my iPad nor either to my iPhone because I forgot my security questions and also the email that attach to send the asnwer is not activate anymore. Please help me to fix this situation so I can download again on my devices. Thank you!

You need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team.

It isn't possible to change the rescue email address after forgetting more than one of the answers.
