Ipod Nano 6th generation - resets when I select the radio

Everytime that I select the radio, the Ipod restarts. I can't listen to the radio anymore...😢

The firmware version is 1.2 PC

What can I do? Is it a known problem?

Restore the iPod nano to factory and then test it. Then just sync the music on it back to the iPod nano.
