I have the Ipod 5th G and I know that Apple is about to release IOS7 but what will that mean for my Ipod? What changed will benefit me and other's since Ipods are not Iphones? My main concern is battery life and connectivity.

I have the Ipod 5th G and I know that Apple is about to release IOS7 but what will that mean for my Ipod? What changed will benefit me and other's since Ipods are not Iphones? My main concern is battery life and connectivity.

My two thoughts are battery life and connectivity to Itunes. Will IOS7 improve these issues's? I just bought a new Ipod 5th G because my last one went through the washing machine. The battery life of the Ipod 5th G seems to not live up to the specs and Itunes seems to bug out either from bad or corupted data streaming or something in the Itunes software. I love my Ipod but worry that these issues will not be resolved. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated thanks..

No one will know anything about how iOS 7 will perform on any device until it's released on September 18th. Ask again a couple of days after that. Most people are having no issues with the iPod and current version of iOS, so you may want to post details about your problems and ask for assistance.

You decide if you want the new features. Since iOS 7 is goint to be released to the public on the 18th or this month, there is little experience with it.

Iv'e already looked at the mobile version of the IOS7 but what would be nice is if Apple lists a differentrun down for the Ipod 5th generation....

I suspect that Apple will release an artile for what iOS 7 features are on what devices after iOS 7 is realeased. Then did that for iOS 6 and iOS 4
