Hi,
I just replaced the old pc with a new one. I see all my contact groups and calendar groups in Outlook.
When I open up iTunes, I only see the default Outlook Contact group and Outlook Calendar group. I don't see the other Outlook contact or calendar groups.
How do I get the other contact and calendar groups to show up in iTunes? I have iTunes 11.

I'll give that a try. If the outlook contact groups (contact folders), still don't show up in itunes, what else can I try?

I have resolved the issue. I had to sync the default outlook contacts first before the other outlook contact folders showed up.
Even if you don't want to sync your default outlook contact folder, you still have to sync it first before the outlook contact folders will show up.
