Copying file names from a folder into excel?

I have a folder with over 200 files.

I would like to copy the information/file names of these files into an excel spread sheet.

I don't need to get all other extensions and information just the file names.

Is there a way to do this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

Open the folder,

Select All,

Copy,

Open Excel and select a cell

Paste.
