Someone hacked my phone! Need tips on how to fix it!

I have apps waiting to download that I didn't try to download. Now I drop calls when that never happened before. All of my functions are really slow now!
You haven't downloaded your apps that need to be downloaded why? And what does that have to do with the problem? And why do you think that dropped calls indicates that you have been hacked?
Since I have no real sense of the issue, I would suggest that you try resetting your phone (nothing will be lost):
Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears. Once the Home screen comes back up, see if your issues are resolved.
Also, double click on the Home button and close all of the apps that show up at the very bottom by tapping and holding your finger down on one of the apps until they all start to wiggle. Click on the black "x" in the top left-hand corner and close all of them.
