Q: I was trying to clean up my back up drive and accidentally moved one of my back up files to Trash. Now I can seem to get it back where it belongs and I can't empty the trash. Any suggestions? I am obviously not very adept.

I was trying to clean up my back up drive and accidentally moved one of my back up files to trash. I cannot get it back in place nor can I empty the trash. Any suggestions? I am not a very experienced user as you can probably guess. Thanks.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

TM TRASH Issues... DELETING BACKUPS...

Anytime I try to empty the folder, including with the alt/option key I get an 8003 error message. I am reluctant to try the more drastic approach.
