I have an iPod Classic 7g (160gb), have only 2229 songs and 29 videos, few seconds after, 144gb were using my iPod storage including my songs and videos, is full of "other" stuff, neither mac and iTunes recognise my iPod, how can I restore it?

Please help me, I don't know what to do, and I've tried everything including the 5r's. 🙂

iPod classic, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
