I was just wondering If I purchased a iPhone 5S from Hong Kong would it work over in the UK? It has the LTE Bands listed that the UK one lists as well, but it's just a different model number?
Model A1457 UK - (Bands 3 , 70 , 20)
Model A1530 HK - (Bands 3 , 70, 20)

Apple states that if model numbers are different, even if band use is the same, LTE support is not guaranteed.
But your warranty is still valid only in HK.
Also make sure it's officially unlocked.
Hi, Thanks for the replies. Warranty wouldn't be an issue as I travel to and from HK / UK regulary.
There wouldn't be any official way to determine? I assume its unlikely to get an official response from Apple regarding this

If you meant LTE, the answer is "LTE support is not guaranteed" as wjosten mentioned.
To add to the confusion the footnote refers to the model number of the "5" and not the "5S":
LTE band support is based on the iPhone 5 model number and configuration for either CDMA or GSM networks. Listed LTE band support does not guarantee LTE support by all carriers running on the same bands. LTE wireless service availability may be limited even where bands are supported.
I go back and forth between Canada and Costa Rica. Rogers in Canada has a GSM system with LTE Bands 4 & 7, and Kolbi in Costa Rica has a GSM system with Band 7. So I assume that if I buy either of these 2 models (as shown on Apple's site, both the US and Canadain sites), they would work in both countries:
If they do work in both countries, I would like to buy an officially unlocked version from Apple. In what countries will these be sold by Apple? Or can they be special ordered if not normally availalbe to customers in the US or Canada?
The Apple store does not ship overseas. It will only ship with the country that the store is located.
Phones bought from the Canadian Apple store are all officially unlocked.
I wanna buy an Iphone 5s Unlocked, How can I make sure that the model support LTE band 7. I have to buy one of those Models below in order to support LTE services in Brazil. Can Apple change the phone in case i buy the Iphone through the internet ?

WHERE are you going to buy the iPhone. Apple will NOT ship overseas. You must buy form the Apple online store of the country you intend to ship to. You must also have a valid credit card and shipping address in that country.
Apple will NOT exchange the phone.

From Brazil I will send to America and someone will bring to me. The Question is: How can I make sure that the iphone will work with the LTE services in Brazil. How can I buy one of those models below, that Support Band 7.

The phone for sale in the US (A1533) will NOT support Channel 7 on the LTE band. You CANNOT buy the A1457 and A1530 in the US. Wait until the phone is released in Brazil.
The iphone a1457 works in brasil only 3g the lte does not work with this model
