Verifying disk permissions warning message

In reparing and verifying the Mackintosh HD I am getting the follwowing message

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

What does this mean and how can it be fixed?

Thanks

Repair Permissions will output a lot of messages the majority of which can be safely ignored.

See Mac OS X: Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions messages that you can safely ignore as well as "Troubleshooting permissions issues in Mac OS X"

As a general rule unless you are experiencing problems there is no reason to run this and if you are having problems it is highly unlikely this will help.
