Total Reset of Passwords

THese last week I had some password issues with my ID. THey sort of automatically got blocked and I had to choose new ones.

No idea why....

I hate inventing new passwords, which I have to remember, but I can't use passwords I already used before this year..

Is there a possibility to get a total reset somehow?
