keyboard will not rotate

my keyboard will not rotate. I have an Icon on the top of my hope page its a cirlcle with an arrow and a lock inside the circle

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Jeremy,

I read the link you provided and it indicated that not all apps are designed for keyboard auto-rotation. Do you know if this specifically applies to Facebook? I cannot seem to get the app to auto-rotate for the keyboard or my stream.
