upload music from iPod to Windows

I had to reinstall the Windows operating system so all of
my music library was gone. I have reinstalled iTune to my PC, how can I upload the music from the iPod to PC?

Hi,
same thing happened to me try this software iPod2pc http://www.snapfiles.com/get/ipod2pc.html
it is a trial verson but it is still good.
