i moved my Iphoto folder to an external hard disc before i reinstalled macOS.
When i tried to import the library again i discovered that the original file was not there. And i could not click the command buttom and show package..
What can i do??

You don't import an iPhoto library into another one. Is there an iPhoto Library on the EHD? Does it have the iPhoto icon? How is the EHD formatted? Can you open it there with your iPhoto application?

What was there that you tried to Command-click on? Do you have another backup of your drive you can retrieve the iPhoto LIbrary from?

yes there is an ipgoto icon on the EHD. it dosent have an iPhoto icon.
Yes i can open the photos from the library on the EHD with my iPhoyo, but thay only appear in small format (thumbnails) the lost their original size
What appears in the window when you try to view the larger version? You're using iPhoto 8.1.2, right?

When i try to view in the larger version the picture appears but in a small format, when i zoom in they get blurry.

Hi yes the package was moved from: my ac:pictures:iPhoto folder
i imported it once i reinstalled and formated my disc to the iphoto library. then i had two libraries. one with iphoto icon and one without
im not sure if it was iphoto 8 i moved..
could it have been an earlier version? could that be the problem?
any idea?
1 - there is NO importing of any sort invoved in moving an iPhoto library - you keep referencing importing and have not answered the very specific question
Did you import the iPhoto Library from the EHD into another library on your boot drive?
2 - it is not clear to me what you have or what you are trying to accomplish - please descrive exactly what you have and what you want to accomplish

This does not make any sense at all - what did you do?
If you have an iPhoto library on one disk and you wnat it on a different disk you simply drag it over and drop it in the pictures folder onthe main drive - no importing (You NEVER import on iPhoto llibrary) - and then you launch iPhoto

ill try to explain it step by step.
Due to a slow macbook air i decided to formate my disc and to reinstall Mac os.
Before i formated the disc i whanted to save all my photos so i whent into:
Mycomputer:pictures and moved the iPjoto folder tom my EHD.
Then i formated the disc on my comp, reinstalled macOS. so far so god.
I tried to open the library on my EHD with iPhoto i could choose wich library i whanted to view i choosed the one on EHD. but the pictures came out as thumbnail size. Then i tried to import the pictures from the data file under the iPhoto folder on my EHD - again thumbnails size.
Then i heard from the apple suppurt that there is supposed to be a file in iPhoto on the EHD named originals - that one i dont have. The iPhoto folder on the EHD does not look like an iPhoto folder it looks like an ordinary folder.
The data folder only contains thumbnail files. Did you try opening the library on the EHD before you reinstalled the system? What format is your external HD. It should be OS X Extended (journaled).
Sorry for being novis but how do you check format on EHD?
No i did not check the libraty on EHD before reinstalling the system.

Click on the EHD icon on the HD and type Command + i to bring up the Info pane for it. It should look like this:
Mac OS Extended (skiftlägeskänslig, journalförd)
This is what mine says - is that what we are looking for?
That translates into Case Sensitive, Journaled which is not what you want. You want Extended Journaled - Förlängd journalförd. Having it case sensitive can cause lots of problems. I would avoid it like the plague.
