Why can't I download my preordered kissland album if it says I purchased it?
Please help me!!!

I have the exact same problem. I preordered the new Avicii album. I did not have any money the day the album came out (yesterday) so I went today to buy an iTunes gift card to download the pre order. I redeemed the gift card and when I tried to purchase the album, it says that I have already purchased it but no money was taken off my account! I looked through my recent purchases on the cloud but it does not appear! I cannot download the album which I have waited so long for!
Let me give some advice which I now will take seriously as you will to never preorder and just wait till the album comes out, preordering is a waste of money I was force to get an iTunes cardand purchase it again cause I just wanted my album.
Same problem. I pre-ordered V V Brown's Deluxe Samson & Delilah with a pre-order exclusive short flm: it says purchsed but it never downloaded even though there is enough store credit...
