How can I view recent game charges charged to my credit card instead of email?

You can view your purchase history on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option - there should be a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

You might be able to view them via this site (I don't know if it will work on Safari on an iPhone) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com (on a computer the sites lists purchases, allowing you to then potentially select one and report a problem with it to iTunes Support)
