I bought a Ipad a few days ago. I let it completely run out to charge it. Under charging, I noticed that when I turned on the Ipad it showed the configuerating screen again like if it hadn't saved my settings. Is that normal?

I bought a new Ipad 4 a few days ago and used it until it completely shut down power so that I could charge it full. I just checked up on it under charging and noticed upon turning it back on that it wanted me to configuer it as if I hadn't or if the Ipad hadn't saved my settings.
What should I do? Will I really have to re-enter and e configuer all my information again?
