How to transfer apps (purchased) from one store into another?

As title says 'How to transfer apps (purchased) from one store into another?'

More and more I find that some apps are only available in US store. And I want to migrate from Croatian store to US. Can someone give steps on how to do that?

It can't be done. You cannot change apps from one store to another. If you switch app stores, you can only update apps that are in the new app store. If the store that you switch to does not have the app that you have from the previous store, you cannot update app.
