Scrambling Outgoing Phone Number

Is there an app or any other way that I can scamble my phone number when making an outgoing phone call to someone? Aside from turning off the Settings-->Phone-->Show my caller ID to off?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Ya, I guess to scramble the number to a different number or something. I tried turning off my caller ID and I want to make a phone call to someone where I don't want them to have my phone number afterwards (nothing illegal, I just don't want them to have my number). When I call their number, I get a mesasge that tells me their phone number doesn't receive block calls, so I thought if I scambled the number, it might go through. Weird, I know, but I thought it was worth asking.

That's called 'spoofing' and it's against the law. you can completely block your number from appearing, or you can let it display. You could also use a 3rd party service like Google Voice, which can send your Google Voice number instead of the numbe of the phone you're holding in your hand. I use that for work related calls on my iPhone (and previously on a land line as well). It allows for individual contact blocking, call screening, filters, schedules, etc. Nice to have, and a free service in the US.

Sending a number that doesn't belong to you, though, is against the law.
