Safari adding numbers, letters, and language options after accepting text box

Starting what it think a month or so ago, everytime I enter text in a textbox (such as a message board) in Safari the multiple lines of text below is added to my input. I cannot see this until I accept the textbox and view the entry (ie. cant see it when entering). Does anyone have an idea what is causing this? It is really starting to get annoying since it also gets added to my outgoing mail when using web versions of my work email.
