Booking a repair?

My 120GB classic needs repairing, so I went into the Apple store today and enquired about potential cost.

I was told that Apple no longer repair the 120GB and instead replace it with a new 160GB one. However, having checked on this site it still shows a replacement price for the 120GB.

Does anybody have any experience of this, as the £94 to get a new 160GB would be nice if it's true.

Also, could anyone point me in the direction of booking a repair appointment on here? I found it yesterday but can't seem to find it again!
