Final Cut Pro Serial Code Problem

The code that is on the back of my manuel says V3.0 upgrade. When I type the code it says: YOu have entered an upgrade serial number. Please enter your original serial number. I dont see the orgianal serial numer at all.

That would be on the original FULL verison of FCP purchased. If you bought an upgrade version of FCP, that's meant to be an upgrade to a full priced version purchased earlier. If you don't have a full version, then the upgrade won't work.
