can't download itunes?

Question

can't download itunes?

I am trying to download itunes to a desktop running win7 64bit and I get to where it asks where to save it then when I click on save nothing happens. It doesn't seem to be downloading either. Any help?

iTunes-OTHER, Windows 7, back up Itunes library
