My iPhone 4s is not turning on.

Okay, so my iPhone 4s (running iOS 6.1.3) has just stopped working and it will not turn back on. I don't know why or when it did this, but it may have something to do with me accidentally dropping it like 5 times in a row on accident at the dentist. I plugged it in, but nothing is happening. I don't think I have a warranty on it, either. The two year contract expired last month, but my parents are not willing to help me get a new one (I'm only 16). If I take it to Apple, will they replace it for me? The lock button is jammed, so I can't do a system reset.
