I cant because its says already that ipod is disabled and need to connect to itunes but when i connectit on itunes it says i need to enter my passcode i cant put it because its with the red warning

Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
Once you have Recovered your Device...
Re-Sync your Content or Restore from the most recent Backup...

I have connected toitune already and i have to restore it and it sayscontracting the ipod software update server and its been an hour like this

Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers
Public DNS — Google Developers
- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem
