How an iPhone 4 s and ipad 2 are paired via Bluetooth
I want to pair my iPhone 4S with ipad 2 but they don't show any active device
iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
iPhones and iPads are not meant to be "paired".

If you want to share files, you can use 3rd party apps like iTransfer via Bluetooth.
