I have an article here that seems to describe your issue and can provide you with some helpful troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1725
If you are still having an issue after attempting to use the information above to resolve the issue, then you may need to report an issue with the download by following the steps in this article:
How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store purchase
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1933
Take care, and thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities.
