How to a reverse negative screen back to regular screen on my iPad?
Settings>General>Accessibilty>Invert Colors>Off.

Settings - General - Accessibility - Invert Colours = Off
You can also triple-click the Home button if you have it's operation set to invert the colors when a triple-click is detected.
Settings>General>Accessibility>Triple-click Home: Off or On
