I cleaned the keyboard on my macbook pro off with a paper towel that had a spray of cleaner on it (mildly damp, not wet) and now my touch pad is not registering properly and my screen keeps changing on its own. Is my computer doomed? I have it in front of a fan now in case it is a moisture issue.
The computer is working correctly about 75% of the time, it just get a little weird now and then.

Yes, moisture, even what seems like very little, can damage the electronics in a computer. Your best hope is to take the MBP to an Apple store genius bar and have the techs check it out for you.
Turn it off, you didnt use a damp cloth apparently but a lightly wet one.
If you can TIGHTLY wring a cloth over the sink and a single drop of water come out, then its too wet to wipe the screen with.
Yes, some water has creeped in around the trackpad and monitor.
NEVER use solvents, which it seems you have indicated.
Make appt. with Apple for repair / diagnostics.
