Q: Why is itunes 11 not responding all time after connecting ipod to pc???

I have an ipod touch 8gb. when i connect my ipod to pc itunes will not respond and it hangs..

please advice me a solution....my ios is 6.1.3

iPod touch, iOS 5.0.1

Also check and see if your cord is functional and check if you can charge it via wall charger via outlet

I think i got a solution.run itunes in safe mode..press ctrl+shft and open itunes

first suggesion is to start iTunes in safe mode
