Problems with my website using Safari

I have been getting calls from Safari users about errors in my site.

One of the errors is that certain images arent showing up anymore. When I right click to save them
I get the message " No certificates meet the aplication criteria. Click OK to continue"...But nothing ever happens and the images are still not showing.

Also I get this message when logging in with Safari:

"The website "<URL here>" requires a client certificate. This website requires a certificate to validate your identity. Select the certificate to use when you connect to this website, then click Continue"

Are these error s related? What can I do about these?

These errors do not occur in any other browser??
