How can I tell where my iPhone is being tracked from?

My boyfriend created a different iCloud account on my phone and I'm pretty sure he's been tracking it through find my iPhone. Is there a way to tell where or when it's being tracked?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

Actually there are a couple of different ways to tell IF it is being tracked, but not from where. Go into Settings>Privacy>Location Services>Find My iPhone>Status Bar Icon, and turn that to on. When that icon is displayed in the top bar, then you know the phone is being tracked. It won't tell you who or where, The information beneath Find My iPhone in the Location Services area will explain what the icon should look like.

The only way to track the phone, except any location services that you have accepted on the phone is via iCloud. To track the phone you would need the iCloud ID and password, and since you say the boyfriend set that up, unless he shared, or you shared that information with anyone else, no one could track you. As mentioned in the earlier post by hot_spur, you can turn off Find My iPhone, or delete the iCloud account on the phone, or change the password.
