Roxio Restore on OSX? Importing Images

I have disks from 2006 with images on them - they were burned back then using Roxio's Toast but the Roxio Restore is a non-OSX version = but I can see the images inside the 'spanned' folder on the drive....I assume I can just copy off or import those images and skip using Roxio Restore in any event??? I don't need a directory = I want the images only.
