note and calendar is not working

i have McBookPro version

Mountain LIon... OS X 10.8.4 (12E55) Processor: 2.53 Ghz intelCore 2 duo, Memory 4 Gb 1067 MHz DDR3..

i have 2 problems if any body can help me to solve these i will greatly appraciate that..

2 weeks ago i tryed to open the Notes ... it opens up but after 4 seconds it just dissaper

s and warning comes out saying;" Notes quit unexpctedly'

i repeat again but same thing happens, it just disapers and the warning comes out...

than since 2 days i try to use the Calendar it opens up with the warning attached to it saying " Your calendar couldn’t be refreshed." and i can't click on the calender..

could you please any help ... thanks very much
