What does the Transporter warning "No NCX Extensions Document specified" refer to? The warning code is "ITMS-9011".

I got the same error and yet it validates on EPub Validator.

I'm getting the same error on files that have validated with 3 different epub validator tools AND for files that previously uploaded without error.

I received this same error as well. Cannot figure out how to fix it.

I just read that this might be related to the TOC (table of contents). I did create one in Pages (assigned proper styles, etc...) before I exported to ePUB so I'm not sure what else to do.

I receive this same error and after read the MICKAPOO comment above I opened the TOC.NCX file and I did not found any problem. However remembering the TOC is a list of links, I decided to recheck the links in all the book file and found some external links I did not removed. After remove it, the ITP accept the file without any warming.

Hi Cottas I receive this same error and after read your comment above I create new ePub file with 2 pages. (you can download it from here https://www.dropbox.com/s/7zbfdxho80nrf26/Testing%20Apple.epub). There are no any external links or etc. just the simple ePub file.

The same problem and the file .ncx is validated as a xml file. All epub is validated as well.

I am now of the opinion that this is a bogus error. When I checked on iTunes, my book said it had been updated Sep 15. When I checked the content of my sample (which I had changed as well) the change was there.

For this reason, I feel fairly certain this is an error on Apple's side that does not prevent the file from actually delivering. I don't feel, for now, that this reflects an error in the file that has anything to do with ePub validity or that it's something that can be fixed by someone uploading.

I agree with you. On the 17th I kept getting this warning on submission. I gave up, and the next morning upon uploading the same thing I did the day before - no more warning. Now I'm getting the warning on every submission but everything is coming up in iTunes Connect.

Yes I am also getting this error, but the upload seems to be working as I see it later in iTunes Connect.

Hopefully they will get this figured out?
