Sprint iPad 4 doesn't connect to 4G LTE

I am unable to connect to Sprint 4G LTE in the city that I live it. I can pick it up just fine on my iPhone 5. I have done all the below troubleshooting without success. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what is going wrong?

TROUBLE SHOOTING IVE DONE:

- I have done a hard reset.

- Reset network settings.

- Reprovisioned my device.

- Verified my SIM card matches my Sprint Acct.
