Hi I am trying to redeem a digital copy movie and it is stuck at 8 hours remaining? I dont think it is really downloading and stuck

You can stop a download and then resume it. Also check to see if you could download it again in the purchased section. If you can, just delete the download and then click the cloud icon to download again. If not, then report the issue to iTunes.
