Why isn't my icloud email recieving the mail Instagram is sending me to reset my password?

Soo Instagram is trying to send me an email to reset my password but I am not recieving it and they told me to check my spam folder and I did but I don't see nothing. They told me to contact my email provider to see if it's in whitelist listing and I don't know what to do ! Help guys !
