Wifi Greyed-Out fix my issue Apple please!!!

Okay, i have been a proud user of Apple for years and I updaded my iPhone 4s to ios 6.1.3 and a few weeks after my update my Wifi switch have been greyed out. At first i thought i broke my device then when i purchased a new phone the same thing happened. I believe Apple is having a malfuntion with ios 6.1.3 and they don't want to acknowledge the fact that their iPhones are the problem but want to continue to rob users like me of my money. I feel they should replace every iPhone that is having this issue because it isnt fair at all!
