Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I'm unable to purchase anything off of my iPad. It says my first time purchase on my iPad. That is not true. I have also forgot my security questions.

I'm unable to purchase anything on my iPad as well my iPhone. Message says I have never purchase anything on either. I have also forgot my security questions. FYI, I have gotten my last iPad stolen.

If you do not have a Rescue email, you need to contact apple support, they will guide you through the process of resetting your security questions.
