My sounds don't play at all, the iPhone 4S vibrates I can talk but cannot listen thru speaker no music can be heard I need help

Can't speak to YOUR needing help, but it looks like the phone needs help too 😝
Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW. If you've tried ALL these steps and your problem is not resolved, then you'll need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation.
