2011 MBP with dual 2560 displays

I have a late 2011 Macbook Pro with a Thunderbolt port. I'd like to run two 30" monitors at 2560 x 1600 but I cannot figure out how. Someone has to be doing this out there.

I know I can use one through the TB port with a dual-link to DVI adapter, but can I run a second 30" display off of this machine? Previously I ran three 24" Dell's without problem using two of the Diamond BVU195 VGA to USB adapters but they only support up to 2048 resolution and are not dual link. It seems like most 30's are dual link these days.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)
