Why am I being charged for apps I didn't purchase?

I have no idea what I'm being charged for by iTunes from my bank account. It has happened 3 months in a row and has costed me over $150 in bank overdraft charges

You can view the purchase history on your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option - that should give you a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it which you can click on. If you don't recognise the charges (you haven't made any in-app purchases in any apps or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ?) then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

If you can't find the charges on your purchase history then you should also contact your card issuer.

I ordered the telegraph on a 30 day free trial and have now been charged 9.99 for my next subscription by I tunes . I did not know I was on auto-renewing subs .

I have now switched off auto-renewing.

However I have several other papers on the 30 day free trial.

Does turning off auto renewing for the telegraph turn it off for the other papers as I can not fing anyway to cancel the auto tuning for the sites that I have free trials advice please

only the telegraph shows on my account, for which I have stopped auto renewal.however my app store say I have purchased. 3 others ie the times, mail plus and hello magazine, which I have on a 30 day trial.

The description on all 3 sites say I will be charged by auto renewal when the trial period expires.unless I stop the auto renewals. non of the sites have the possibility to turn off the auto renew., how do I do it?

I think that for The Times at the end of the 30 day period that you will get an option as to whether to start a paid-for subscription - I've tried downloading it and starting the 30 day period and nothing has appeared in the subscriptions section of may account (the other two may be the same). All three of those have different subscription options/periods, so I don't see how they can start charging you without you having chosen which that you want. The Telegraph appears to just have a monthly option, so presumably didn't need to offer a choice at the end of the trial
