Q: I pre-ordered an album and it didnt download on my iphone 5. When i go to the itunes store I dont get the option of downloading it

I experienced the exact same issue a couple weeks ago for a Pre-order album as well.  I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged.  This article will walk you though the process.
